Comfort Inn Skokie

We had a great room, they had great breakfast setup, having a coin op washer and dryer on site was really a help to us. Nice indoor pool, ex room, whir pool. All of it really clean.

Average at best.

The lobby smelled like curry. The location is nearby some rather decent restaurants, but they are more than a convenient walk after a day of work. The shuttle was not available for an hour and a half, making Don's, the in house restaurant, the only choice. The room was dingy, and the carpet disgusting. This was a shoes-on room. I traveled on business, and the hotel was old, not very clean, very noisy, I noticed fruit flies often in the hotel and in my room at times. Very disappointed.

I stayed there because everything else was full, and I knew it was not going to be a 4-star hotel. It was fine for one time, no major problems. But I won't use it again!

Nice place to stay, affordable, great location.

I really wanted to stay in Evanston but I could not find an affordable price. This hotel is well located, but it is not a great value for the price -- it is showing age.
